The risk was significantly altered for the CYP2J2 G-50T polymorphism and CAD in the remaining three comparisons (T vs. G, OR = 1.19, 95% CI = 1.05–1.34, P < 0.01; TT vs. GG, OR = 2.25, 95% CI = 1.27–4.01, P < 0.01; TT vs. GT + GG, OR = 2.17, 95% CI = 1.22–3.86, P < 0.01) (Figure 2). The gene discussed is CYP2J2; the disease is coronary artery disorder.
