LEPR and glioblastoma: Of all 54 glioblastoma tissues with ObR overexpression, the levels of MVD in VM-negative tissues were 26.78 ± 2.22, which was higher than that in VM-positive tissues (14.02 ± 0.79, P < 0.01, Figure 5B), which indicated that VM and MVD were complementary glioblastoma blood supplies, and ObR+ glioblastoma cells with GSC characteristic were mostly involved in VM formation, whereas a little part of cells were also related to MVD.
