Since we observed that patient serum TARC/CCL17 levels correlate with the configuration of donor SNP rs223899, and decreased serum levels of TARC/CCL17 predict a higher risk for BOS development after transplantation (16), we analyzed the genotyped donor haplotypes and individual donor SNP configurations in a Kaplan–Meier survival analysis. Here, CCL17 is linked to Buschke-Ollendorff syndrome.
