When incubated with autologous primary blasts, ILC2 from APL patients, and not NKT nor Th2 cells from either group, produced higher amounts of IL-13 than ILC2s from healthy donors, and were the population with the highest capacity of producing IL-13 in response to blasts (Fig. 2d, e).
