CD8A and acute promyelocytic leukemia: In agreement with our in vitro data showing attenuated T-cell proliferation in the presence of M-MDSCs (Fig. 3i, j), CD8+ T cells from treatment-naive APL patients had lower Ki-67 expression and produced less granzyme B than T cells from patients in remission after ATRA therapy (Supplementary Fig. 4a, b).
