By comparing the gene expressions in the LC group, we found that GPR1, 87, 89A, and 155 were significantly upregulated (p < 0.05), and GPR107, free fatty acid receptor 4 (FFAR4, also known as GPR120), and hydroxycarboxylic acid receptor 2 (HCAR2, also known as GPR109A) were significantly downregulated (p < 0.05) in the MC group. This evidence concerns the gene HCAR2 and laryngotracheoesophageal cleft.
