The detection sensitivity of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA, 32%), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP, 0%), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125, 13%), CA15-3 (0%), CA19-9 (19%), CA72-4 (17%), cytokeratin 19 (49%), neuron-specific enolase (NSE, 21%), and relationship to overweight (body mass index ≥ 25 kg/m2, 34%), smoking (9%), alcohol consumption (7%) and previous history of cancer (0%) were all less than 50%.
