TEP1 and schizophrenia: Moreover, using microstructural abnormality as QTs, we also found that two variants near/within CXCR7 and SORCS1 genes, eight genes (four non-coding micro-RNA genes including miRNA-27a, miRNA24-2, LOC284454 and miRNA-23a and four protein-coding genes including TEP1, PDZD9, MPP4 and UQCRC2), and one cell cycle pathway (REACTOME_CHROMOSOME_MAINTENANCE) were implicated in WM microstructural abnormality of schizophrenia in the present study.
