Mutations in known driver genes (the tumour suppressor genes BAP1, MLL2 (also known as KMT2D), CREBBP, EP300, and the oncogene FGFR3) were shared between all samples while additional mutations in other oncogenes (DNMT1 and ERBB2) were found exclusively in the cluster containing muscle invasive tumour regions. Here, ERBB2 is linked to neoplasm.
