NAT2 and posterior cortical atrophy: After excluding two studies of Hamasaki et al. and Wang et al. in the existence of heterogeneity and publication bias, the results demonstrated that no significant relationship was also found between NAT2*4 allele and the risk of PCa, in fixed-effects model (OR = 0.99, 95% CI = 0.94–1.04; P = 0.451) (Figure 2).
