For calculating overall incidence of grade 3–4 QTc prolongation, there were a total of 766 patients in our analysis: the events of QTc prolongation was reported in 20 out of 766 NSCLC patients receiving ALK-TKIs yielding an overall incidence of 2.8% (95% CI, 1.8–4.3%, Figure 2B). This evidence concerns the gene ALK and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
