In univariable logistic regression analysis, copy number gains in KLF5 (hazard ratio (HR): 3.2; 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.2–9.1; p = 0.025) and ZFHX3 (HR: 2.5; 95%CI: 1.1–6.0; p = 0.038) were associated with cancer-specific mortality. Here, KLF5 is linked to cancer.
