We have found CPT1A to be amplified in 22 % of cases (n = 107) in the neuro-endocrine prostate cancer (NEPC, Figure 1E) dataset from the Trento/Cornell/Broad 2016 database [25], which also brings attention to the drug-resistant PCa tumors, including LNCaP cells that were treated for a long time with enzalutamide. Here, CPT1A is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
