CCR6 has been shown to be important for antigen-driven B-cell differentiation, which is seen in GC B-cells and memory B-cells [19,20], and the colocalization of TAGLN2 and CCR6 from the area of the GC to the perifollicular area was observed in SLE lymphadenopathy. This evidence concerns the gene CCR6 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
