CCR6 has been shown to be important for antigen-driven B-cell differentiation, which is seen in GC B-cells and memory B-cells [19,20], and the colocalization of TAGLN2 and CCR6 from the area of the GC to the perifollicular area was observed in SLE lymphadenopathy.
