Anti-tumour necrosis factor alpha (anti-TNF) agents, including infliximab, etanercept, adalimumab, golimumab, and certolizumab pegol, significantly reduce disease activity and improve functional ability among patients with spondyloarthritis (SpA), including ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and non-radiographic axial SpA (nr-axSpA) patients [1–3].
