We found that the aspirin metabolite salicylate, sulindac, indomethacin and R-flurbiprofen decreased SOCs amplitude and/or promoted SOCs inactivation in colon cancer cells (Figure 11A–11F) consistently with the effects of these compounds on ΔΨ and mitochondrial Ca2+ uptake [20].
