The exogenous introduction of LiCl endowed CRC cells with an enhanced capability for proliferation and migration (Figure 4A–4D), dramatically reversing the inhibitory effect of RASSF6 on the expression of c-Myc, c-Jun, and TCF1 and thus reversing the EMT process while simultaneously decreasing the expression of ZO-1 and E-cadherin as well as increasing the expression of Snail (Figure 4E and 4F). This evidence concerns the gene CDH1 and colorectal carcinoma.
