ALL cells tested were stimulated by OP9s to phosphorylate Akt in the presence of media control but when the cells are treated with the PI3Kδ inhibitors idelalisib or GS-649443 they demonstrated inhibition of p-Akt detectable by Western blot (Figure 3B), with some samples such as LAX7R and LAX53 showing significant inhibition even at the lowest dose tested, whereas other samples such as ICN13 and ICN12 requiring higher drug concentrations.
