Analysis of TCGA data revealed high levels of transcripts for the B2M gene encoding β2 microglobulin, the TAP1 and TAP2 genes encoding the TAP heterodimer, and the genes encoding ERAP, tapasin, calreticulin, calnexin, and ERp57 (ERAP1/2, TAPBP, CALR, CANX, and PDIA3 respectively) in HPV+ samples in head & neck (Figure 3) and cervical (Figure 4) carcinomas.
