IgG isotype levels were always higher in children during high malaria transmission period compared to low transmission period but the difference were not significant for IgG2 to MSP3 (p = 0.0738), IgG4 to MSP2a, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4 to MSP2b (p = 0.10, p = 0.39 and p = 0.35 respectively) and IgG1 to GLURP R0 (p = 0.2085). This evidence concerns the gene IGHG3 and malaria.
