MKI67 and breast carcinoma: Similar results have been reported by Varga et al who performed a direct comparison of the concordance between Ki67 as a continuous variable and the EP and EPclin scores in a series of 34 ER+ /HER2- breast carcinomas, finding a moderate statistically significant correlation between Ki67 and the EP score (Pearson coefficient 0.55, p<0.0001); no significant correlation was observed between the EPclin score and Ki67 (Pearson coefficient 0.24, p = 0.16) [17].
