AML patients were assigned to receive chemotherapy with DAC (20 mg/m2 intravenously for 5 days), aclacinomycin (ACM, 20mg every second day intravenously for 5 days), cytarabine (10 mg/m2 every 12 hours subcutaneously for 5 days), granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF, 300 μg/day subcutaneously from day 0 to neutrophil recovery), in combination with HLI treatment. Here, CSF3 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
