To assess the correlation between DUXAP8 expression and clinicopathological features, the 72 primary GC patients were classified into two groups relative to the median ratio of DUXAP8 expression in tumor tissues: a high-DUXAP8 group (n=36, DUXAP8 expression ratio ≥ median) and a low-DUXAP8 group (n=36, DUXAP8 expression ratio < median ratio) (Figure 1C). This evidence concerns the gene DUXAP8 and gastric cancer.
