In this paper, we have mentioned some genes may be used as potential targets for treating breast cancer including KLF6-SV1, CD44, VEGF121b, VEGF165b, VEGF-A, FGFR1, hnRNP A1, A2, I and hnRNP K. Among of them VEGF series variants have the more possibility to be used in the clinical practice. The gene discussed is CD44; the disease is breast carcinoma.
