Our study indicated that those dysregulated genes including miR-200 family, CDKN2B-AS1, FENDRR, LINC00162, LINC00515, LINC00312, ADARB1 and JAM2might synergistically contributes to tumorigenesis in stage I LUAD based on complex interactions between each other through KEGG pathways and GO biological processes including cell adhesion molecules, focal adhesion, tight junction, pathways in cancer, cell adhesion, angiogenesis and regulation of cell proliferation and regulation of cell apoptosis. This evidence concerns the gene PICSAR and cancer.
