GFER and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis: We found a significant reduction of FOXA2 in steatosis (1.98 ± 0.19) and NASH (1.56 ± 0.19) compared to normal liver (2.52 ± 0.22) (Fig 7B), which in part correlates with ALR expression in the same tissue samples (S7C Fig).
