We then investigated cytotoxicity of esophageal carcinoma, which included 5 cells with mutated (TE-1, TE-10, YES-2, YES-5 and T.Tn) and 4 cells with wild-type p53 gene (TE-2, TE-11, YES-4 and YES-6). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is carcinoma of esophagus.
