As shown in Fig. 2B, the AUC for HNF1A‐AS1 was 0.845 [95% confidence interval (CI), 0.759–0.910], with a sensitivity of 87.2% and a specificity of 88.9%, and in our cohort, the AUC for ALP was 0.561, with a sensitivity of 34.6% and a specificity of 88.2%, the diagnostic power of HNF1A‐AS1 was more effective than ALP at distinguishing osteosarcoma from healthy individuals (P < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene HNF1A and osteosarcoma.
