HLA-C and neoplasm: TCR-like monoclonal antibodies (TCR-like mAbs), which recognise a specific peptide in association with an MHC molecule (human leukocyte antigen, HLA in humans), permit the targeting of such inaccessible nuclear or cytoplasmic tumor- or virus-associated antigens based on binding to their MHC-presented peptides found on the surface of target cells.
