Based on the microarray data, our results confirmed that relative expression of FKBP4, c-myc and FGF8 were significantly higher in both low (Gleason score = 6) and high grades (Gleason score > 6) of cancer as compared to that of the mean BPH samples in a larger cohort. The gene discussed is FKBP4; the disease is benign prostatic hyperplasia.
