In the present study, by using loss‐ and gain‐strategy, we discovered that RhoGDIβ is able to attenuate miR‐200c abundance, which releases its inhibition of JNK2 protein translation, resulting in specific JNK2 induction, in turn leading to Sp1 protein expression, and promoting mmp‐2 transcription, consequently increasing BC cell invasion. The gene discussed is MAPK9; the disease is breast cancer.
