Finally, Nm23-H1 and hnRNPA2/B1 were present at high levels in nearly all of the examined patients with early-stage lung cancer, indicating that during early-stage lung cancer, the Nm23-H1/hnRNPA2/B1/Sp1 regulatory pathway might promote cancer tumorigenesis by enhancing Sp1 expression. Here, SP1 is linked to lung cancer.
