IGHG3 and infection: As there was a maintenance of total IgG specific to PvGAMA post-infection, the monitoring of anti-PvGAMA IgG1 and anti-PvGAMA IgG3 in cross-sectional study showed that IgG1 and IgG3 responses started to decrease significantly at 3 months post-infection and tended to decrease continuously at 9 and 12 months (Fig. 4c).
