IL10 and dengue disease: IL-10, platelets, and IL-6 seemed to have a better diagnostic potential to discriminate between healthy and dengue patients, with 100% of specificity (SP) and 90.48%, 93.75%, and 95.24% of sensitivity (SE), respectively, for the cutoffs of >63 and >67 pg/ml for IL-10 and IL-6 and <13.6 × 104 cell/mm3 for platelets (Table 2).
