Upon inhibition of miR-7641 expression, the expressions of several of the target genes (RPS16, RNF4, EMC8, and MSRB3) increased, CUL3 expression decreased, and other genes, including PIGC, remained unchanged in MCF-7 breast cancer cells (Fig. 4a and Supplementary Fig. S4a). This evidence concerns the gene RPS16 and breast carcinoma.
