SIRT7 knockdown promoted TGF-β-mediated EMT transition and was blocked by Alk5 inhibitor A8301 in T47D cells (Supplementary Fig. 6i, j), further implicating that SIRT7-regulated breast cancer invasive and migratory ability was TGF-β-dependent.
