AGO2 and gastric cancer: Stable over-expression of miR-584-3p resulted in increased binding of AGO2 and epigenetic markers EZH2, EHMT2, H3K27me3 and H3K9me2, and decreased binding of YY1 to MMP-14 promoter in gastric cancer cells (Fig. 3l), which was attenuated by knockdown of AGO2 (Fig. 3l).
