Multivariate analysis by Cox proportional hazard regression model revealed that lymph node metastasis, T stage, and CK7 expression were independent risk factors for prognosis (all P<0.05), while age, smoking, invasion, size, and clinical stage had no marked correlation with the survival outcomes of patients with lung cancer (all P>0.05) (Table 2).
