CHRNA2 and autosomal dominant nocturnal frontal lobe epilepsy: Fast ionotropic nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) subunit genes, α2 (Chrna2), α4 (Chrna4) and β2 (Chrnb2), have been affiliated with autosomal dominant nocturnal frontal lobe epilepsy (ADNFLE) when mutated.
