The following 22 genes have not been described clearly before as being linked to the pathogenesis of SS: AURKA, CD163, CD74, CES1, CHEK1, CLEC4C, COL4A3, CXCL5, CXCR6, ETS1, IL2RB, ITGB1, LAMP3, LEF1, MKI67, PTGIS, RAD51, SLC18A2, STAT2, TACR1, TNXB, and TSHR. To understand the potential role of these DE genes in the pathogenesis of SS, we used all the 76 DE genes for functional classification and molecular network-related pathway analysis. The gene discussed is ETS1; the disease is synovial sarcoma.
