The other eight markers identified here included PAX1 and PARP15 already described by Guerrero-Preston et al. [20] as related to oral cancer, FLI1 involved in Ewing sarcoma [60], rectal cancer [61], and gastric cancer [62], NTM in prostate [63], EPHX3 in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma [64], ITGA4 in colorectal cancer [65] ,and MIR193 in gastric cancer [66]. This evidence concerns the gene PARP15 and rectal cancer.
