In the Prior cohort, the result of the multivariate Cox regression analyses showed that Daxx NCR (high‐risk vs. low‐risk), tumor size (≥4 cm vs. <4 cm), and serum CEA (≥5 ng/mL vs. <5 ng/mL) were independently associated with poor DFS, whereas Daxx NCR (high‐risk vs. low‐risk), TNM stage (III + IV vs. 0 + I + II),tumor size (≥4 cm vs. <4 cm), and differentiation grade (poorly vs. well + moderately) were independent risk factors for OS (Table 2).
