Finally, we tested our ROR1 BiTE in vitro against a panel of ROR1 positive cell lines representing melanoma (T618A), glioblastoma (U-251, A 172), prostate (DU145, PC-3), and hepatic cancer (SK-Hep-1, HUH7) and confirmed significant cytotoxicity against all of these ROR1 positive cell lines, demonstrating wider applicability in targeting a range of tumor subtypes (Fig. S3).
