In the present study, we further demonstrated that PB could suppress RORγ-mediated Il17 promoter activation in Jurkat cells, and inhibit RORγt expression in NC/Nga mice by enhancing PPARγ activation, which results suggested the amelioration of PB on AD-like skin lesions would be involved in its mechanism to suppress IL-17 through increasing PPARγ transactivation and activation. This evidence concerns the gene PPARG and Alzheimer disease.
