OGA and gastric cancer: Consistent with cell line data, elevated O-GlcNAcylation on GNB2L1, as well as the increase of OGT instead of OGA, was observed in chemoresistant patients (Fig 2B), confirming the critical role of OGT for the O-GlcNAcylation on GNB2L1 in gastric cancer chemoresistance.
