The venn analysis of shared-neighboring genes revealed a common set of 10 genes among HIV infection Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, age macular degeneration (Fig 2: EGFR, AKT1, GRB2, MAPK3, IKBKB, CD40, CD14, IRAK1, CD3E, and SYT1). This evidence concerns the gene CD14 and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
