The single-cell suspensions, prepared from the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of H7N9 infected WT or Casp1/11−/− mice on 0, 3 and 7 days post infection were stained with anti -CD11b, -F4/80, -CD11c, -Ly6c, -Ly6g, -CD3 and -B220 antibodies conjugated to different fluorescent conjugates, and analyzed through flow cytometry. Here, CASP1 is linked to infection.
