To identify which exocytic RAB has the greatest clinical importance in colorectal cancer, we screened the expression levels of all 8 exocytic RABs (RAB3A, RAB3B, RAB3C, RAB3D, RAB26, RAB27A, RAB27B and RAB37) through immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining of non-paired normal colonic mucosa and colorectal cancer samples. The gene discussed is RAB37; the disease is colorectal cancer.
