In the 77 patients with established MS, the disease was diagnosed 5.7 ± 15.4 years before current relapse; 41 patients (53.2%) had received a DMT for 2.10 ± 2.45 years: Interferon beta in 15 patients (36.6%), glatiramer acetate in 9 patients (22.0%), fingolimod in 6 patients (14.4%), natalizumab in 4 patients (9.8%), a B-cell depleting antibody in 2 patients within clinical trial (4.9%), teriflunomide, interferon beta plus teriflunomide within a clinical trial, dimethyl fumarate, mitoxantrone or monthly methylprednisolone in one patient each (2.4%). Here, IFNB1 is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
