Our results showed that the overexpression of miR‐10a‐5p in SW982 cells led to the down‐regulation of MMP13, TLR3 and proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines including IL‐6, TNF‐α, IL‐1β and IL‐8 whereas the inhibition of miR‐10a‐5p rescued the expression of aforementioned proinflammatory phenotypes of RA.
