While the insoluble levels of total tau, as detected by the HT7 antibody, were similar between treated and untreated 3xTg‐AD mice (Fig. 2F–G), we found that Dyrk1‐inh significantly reduced the levels of insoluble tau phosphorylated at S396 in 3xTg‐AD mice (Fig. 2F,H–I; P = 0.005 and 0.021, respectively).
